The USB 3.0 port should be avoided when using BlueSoleil dongle. Although the dongle will perform the same as with USB 2.0, there's a risk it may stop working. You can use a USB 2.0 extension cable (or adapter) to reduce the risk of malfunctioning. We send such an adapter with the dongle so please make sure to use it always!
If the BlueSoleil dongle is not blinking and is not recognized as a USB device on your PC, contact us for your options: support@mbraintrain.com
