When there's an issue writing files on device memory, our software will give you a notification specific to the issue. This can be:
- Filename already exists
- Filename too long
- Generic output "Error creating file on device"
If you get the last error, try the following: Connect PROX device to PC / read SD card from Smarting PRO. Transfer all files to your PC and make sure they are saved properly. Format device memory/SD card to exFAT format as seen below:
You can leave the file storage name as is.
Formatting device storage will erase all files! Make sure to transfer all of them before.
