On our Windows app, you can manually send triggers using your Keyboard. Similarly, in the Android app you can use Touch markers.
Navigate to Settings, and there you should find:
- Keyboard Markers toggle in Windows app
- Event Marker Types → Touch toggle in Android app
Once you enable manual triggers, an LSL stream will open which will consist of your keyboard/touch activity. The trigger stream can get recorded alongside EEG data stream. To see more on LSL you can take a look at our blog (linked).
Android app needs one additional step for touch activity to be detected. In Signals view, you need to enable "touch fields" which will activate once you press on them. They look like this (4 markers in total!):
