PRO line devices can record EEG data directly on device memory/external SD card, depending on the device. You need to manually transfer that data from time to time to ensure enough space on the storage.
Once you're done recording data on device, you'll need to transfer the data so the storage doesn't fill up with data. Both PRO/PROX devices have around 32GB of space.
- Connect PROX device to PC via USB-C port / use SD card reader to reach files recorded with Smarting PRO.
- Transfer data to your PC.
- Make sure all files transferred completely! Format device storage to exFAT as seen below:
This is a mandatory step when transferring files, as it will ensure successful recordings later. You don't need to change the previous setup in this window, just Start the formatting.
Once you format the device storage, all data will be gone, so double-check all the files transferred successfully.
